Monday:
Made a birthday cake for a neighbor
Made about 30 pounds of frosting
Made 4 sheetcakes
Made 3 batches of fondant
Went to lunch with Emily (about time we start hanging out again)
(and somehow managed to do a couple loads of laundry)
