Brian and I started HCG diet today.  500 calories a day.  No sugar. No carbs.

Oh my gosh, it's going to be a LONG 6 weeks!!

But in saying that, it needs to be a good 6 weeks.  I need to take control of my body. I need to not eat everything I see.  I don't even recognize myself in the mirror anymore.  I don't like what I see.  It's time to make some changes.
Here's the goal:   100 pounds lost by April 2012.

Starting weight is much more than I ever dreamed it would be... now it's time to prove who is in charge! Is it going to be food or myself????   The road will be rough, but in the end, it WILL be worth it.
